Our animals aren’t just pets—they’re part of our teulu (family). Their wellbeing and trust are our top priorities, and we ensure that every interaction is calm, respectful, and enriching for both animals and visitors.

Our animals are given choice and control in their interactions, with breaks, enrichment, and the highest welfare standards ensuring they are always comfortable.
We actively promote responsible pet ownership, work with 9Trees to offset our carbon footprint, and are always looking for ways to reduce environmental impact.
We are members of the British Herpetological Society (BHS), International Herpetological Society (IHS), REPTA, and Responsible Reptile Keeping, demonstrating our commitment to high welfare standards and ethical animal care.
