Beware: Some individuals illegally bring unlicensed pets to homes for cheap visits. This is unsafe, illegal, and unethical—it puts the animals, clients, and industry at risk.

Deposits are not always required—please enquire when booking.
Parties: Typically 60–90 minutes, depending on group size.
Smaller groups: Sessions often last longer since individual attention spans are better maintained.
Other events: Timing is flexible—please enquire.
Balloons: Allowed but must not be touched when handling animals due to safety, distraction, and hygiene concerns.
Music: Should be turned off or kept low so everyone can hear us and to keep animals calm.
Bouncy Castles: Generally not ideal, but we can accommodate them if discussed beforehand to ensure safety.
Additional Activities: Please discuss any entertainment plans with us in advance so we can adjust accordingly.
No strict age limits, but experiences are best suited for ages five and older.
For children under five, please inform us in advance to discuss expectations.
Parents must supervise young children and ensure proper handwashing after handling animals.
Our sessions are primarily in English, but we’re happy to use some Cymraeg (Welsh) where possible and include key phrases to reflect our respect for the language. We do have a Cymraeg speaker; Ask for Rhian.
For parties: No power, but access to water is required for handwashing. Discuss with us if this is an issue.
For larger events: Yes—please discuss with us.
Parties: We are flexible. The organiser should ensure there is enough space for the number of guests invited. If you’re unsure, just ask.
Events: Varies depending on setup—please discuss your requirements with us.
Note: If someone has a severe phobia, they should be made aware in advance and make their own decision about participation.
